Charter of the Health Ministers' Meeting
Dear Department of Health, Disability and Ageing,
I seek access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 to the current Charter of the Health Ministers’ Meeting. If the Charter is still under development, I seek access to the latest draft or most recent version held by the Department. If no Charter or only a draft Charter exists, I also seek access to any terms of reference, constitution, governance framework, or other similar establishing or operating instrument.
This request is informed by the Australian Government Directory entry for the "Health Ministers’ Meeting Forum", last updated on 26 June 2024, which states that a "revised Charter for the new Health Ministers' Meeting Forum is under development". The relevant directory page is available at https://www.directory.gov.au/portfolios/...
Yours faithfully,
Francis Markham
