Clarification Required

 

I advise that my role as Freedom of Information Officer for DJSIR is to
receive and process requests made under the Act on behalf of the Secretary
and to provide responses to those requests in terms of the provision of
documents. This does not extend to the answering of questions. I consider
parts of your request to be questions, rather than a request for
documents.

 

Please provide clarification (under s17(2) of the Act) as to what specific
information you require as your request does not specify what type of
document you seek to access. For example, ‘A document outlining RTO’s with
Skills First funding and the number of their commencement places’.

 

Payment and clarification must be received by COB 21 October 2024.  If the
department does not receive the payment before the due date, we will
presume you do not wish to proceed with the request and the matter will be
closed.
