Please see attached letter dated 11 July 2025 in relation to your access
application made under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009
(NSW) (UOW Ref 1372). As you will note in my correspondence your

details about your application may be recorded in the University’s
Disclosure log which is published on our website. The University may

seek a review of this decision
