Dear FOI,

I would like to apologise on my behalf for making a mistake on my initial request and would like to further clarify the request.

As well as the initial date being from a previous FOI, I am requesting documents further than this initial request.

As such, I would wish for my newest request to read as follows.

I seek access to all documents held by the Department between the dates of 1 January 2019 and 9 March 2019 relating to the Commuter Car Park Upgrade at Hampton Station.

GIven my mistake previously, I give way to allowing for extra time to be used in dealing with this inquiry.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Pentland

Dear FOI,

Have the FOI team been made aware of my amended request? I apologise for my original error in dates and time, but I am wondering if this process is continuing. If this isn’t, then I would be completely comfortable with making a new reques.

Thank you for your work.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Pentland
