Dear ACTEWAGL,

I would like to get the terms of conditional approval for the DA_Eletrical plans for the 7/46 Yarralumla, ACT 2600 (13 Francis St, Yarralumla, ACT 2600)-proposed single dwelling in the interest of public safety, safety of my family, the occupants and neighboring properties, HaZARD: Electrocution, danger of fire to properties.

We are the neighbors of the above property. The submitted plans showed that the building was too close, under 2.7mt ( appox 1.mt) away from the electric cables. We were informed by the certifier that conditinal approval has been granted. Kindly make the conditions available to us ASAP.

Yours faithfully,

The response certainly does not meet the demands of the Freedom of Information Act. However, I am not sure that the ACTEWAGL is subject to the Act. To the applicant: please consider to send your request to the government corporation ACTEW Corporation Limited. Have a look at this Right to Know page about the ACTEW Corporation (https://www.righttoknow.org.au/body/acte... ).

Hi,

You might have more luck putting in an application to the planning department in the ACT.
