Dear Makrina,

Thank you for taking the time to locate this information for me.

It seems that the list you returned does not quite match the roles I am after, however I understand that those individuals may still be a close match for the items I listed in my previous email.

To clarify, the reason for my request is that I am intending to report a security vulnerability relating to systems owned and operated by City of Sydney Library. It is for this reason that I am requesting the contact details of someone who is directly responsible for the security of City of Sydney's online services.

Since I intend to send sensitive information as part of my disclosure, I want to ensure that I can direct this to the most relevant person - and most importantly somebody who is authorized to view and action such information.

If you could please send the following information for a City of Sydney employee who is directly responsible for managing the security of online services, that would be greatly appreciated.

-Given name
-Surname
-Email address

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Wallace

Hi Daniel

The names I listed are the correct names, which we identified after
consultation with Heather Davis.

Heather is definitely the person to whom to report a security
vulnerability relating to the city's library systems.

Kind regards
