Dear Sydney Trains,

What’s the rule on how long a contractor can be retained before a permanent role or up skilling of a permanent employee is undertaken.

Which branches have contractor retained for 3 or more years?

Where are the plans to address this excess costs incurred to the tax payer?

Yours faithfully,

Dave
