Copies of Bilateral Agreements with States

Lists current Bilateral energy and emissions reduction agreements between the Federal Government and the states.
I seek:
1) the "South Australia energy and emissions reduction agreement" which has no document attached other than a link to a press release. Please supply the signed MoU or agreement.
2) Confirmation that the Tasmanian and New South Wales MoU's linked (directly or otherwise) on the page are the final agreements and have not been superceded by other agreements.
