Dear Court Services Victoria,
I am writing to you as I have recieved information that my son (Jordan Hayes 29.06.2019) has been named as an AFM on an intervention order that I (Matthew Hayes 12.11.1988) have not been named on. I am requesting a copy of the order (if it does infact exist).
I have been given reference no. M11961979.
If you could send me a copy of the order that would be great.

Yours faithfully,

Matthew Hayes

Dear Matthew,

Thank you for your email below.

Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a statutory body corporate established to provide administrative services and facilities to support Victoria’s courts and tribunals and holds documents of that nature. The FOI Act creates a general right of access to documents of an agency. Whilst CSV is an agency and subject to the FOI Act, Victorian courts are not.

Your query indicates that the documents you seek relate to a court matter heard in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria. Each Victorian court manages its own information and data pertaining to its judicial functions. Therefore, your email below must be directed to the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.

A complete list of Magistrate Court locations and the relevant contact details for each location is available here: https://www.mcv.vic.gov.au/going-court/f...
