Copy of Pfizer Contract for Experimental COVID-19 Vaccine

Phillip Sweeney made this Freedom of Information request to Fair Work Ombudsman

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

We're waiting for Phillip Sweeney to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Fair Work Ombudsman,

On 25 January 2021 the TGA granted provisional approval for the Pfizer COVID-19 experimental vaccine COMIRNATY.

The Pfizer supply contract confirms that the risks associated with this experimental vaccine are currently "unknown", given that this "vaccine' was developed in 6 months without animal testing taking place.

It normally takes ten to 15 years to complete animal testing and then human trials before a new vaccine is fully approved for general use.

The document I seek is a copy of the Pfizer supply contract in the possession of the Fair Work Ombudsman which would be required to make an informed decision as to whether it would be "fair and reasonable" for employers to force employees to take part in a medical trial with an experimental vaccine that has yet to be tested on animals as required by The Nuremberg Code.and where the risks of taking this vaccine are unknown by the manufacturer.

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
