Dear NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation,

I am requesting copies of correspondence between the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation and any of the following companies: RentBerry, RentWolf, Property Connect or Property Connect LiveOffer from 1 January 2017 until 1 October 2018.

I am requesting copies of correspondence between the Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation and any of the following companies: RentBerry, RentWolf, Property Connect or Property Connect LiveOffer from 1 January 2017 until 1 October 2018.

I am requesting copies of correspondence from the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation which mentions rent bidding or any of the following companies: RentBerry, RentWolf, Property Connect or Property Connect LiveOffer from 1 January 2017 until 1 October 2018.

I am requesting copies of correspondence from the Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation which mentions rent bidding or any of the following companies: RentBerry, RentWolf, Property Connect or Property Connect LiveOffer from 1 January 2017 until 1 October 2018.

For the purposes of this request by rent bidding I mean the practice whereby landlords, real estate agents or online apps encourage or force prospective tenants to bid over the value of a residential lease.
