The following is an application for the purposes of the FOI Act.

In or around May 2017, Senator Lee Rhiannon asked the following question on notice of you in your capacity as the Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service (question reference number 249):

Question:

1. Can you please provide copies of the group certificates/end of year PAYG summaries for each SES officer at the APSC (with home addresses and tax file numbers redacted) for FY2013/14, FY2014/15 and FY2015/16; or

2. a summary, rounded to the nearest dollar, of the remuneration given to each APSC SES officer for the 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 financial years.

You answered as follows:

1. N/A.

2. The salary bands applicable to APSC SES employees are available in the Commission’s annual reports for the 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 financial years.

I understand you prepared this response with the assistance of staff from the Australian Public Service Commission.

I seek access to all correspondence between your office and staff at the Australian Public Service Commission in relation to the question on notice as mentioned above.
