Costing Summary on Showground lighting

I am after the final costing from the Showground lighting upgrades in a detailed summary of what money was spent where ie - tower costs, lights cost (per light) power connection cost etc

I am in receipt of your Freedom of Information request received via email from the Right to Know website on 5 April 2017.
Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 sets out the procedural requirements to be satisfied for a valid request for access to documents to exist.
* Section 17(2A) - A request must be accompanied by a fee of 2 fee units"; (ie., $27.90 )
* Section 17(2B) - An application fee may be waived or reduced, whether or not the fee has been paid, if the payment of the fee would cause hardship to the applicant.
