Council or TfNSW risk analysis in connection with Council's participation in e-scooter trial

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Willoughby City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Willoughby City Council,
Council's e-scooter trail, in collaboration with TfNSW, was approved at Council's meeting of October last year. I am seeking a copy of a risk assessment by either Council or TfNSW that would evaluate the statistical risk of injury or death for members of the public (e-scooter riders and non-e-scooter riders (pedestrians or other road/footpath users)) that could result from this trial. I would expect that such an assessment would include injuries that would and would not require hospitalisation.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Nelson
