Dear Mr Sweeney,

A response to your FOI request received by ASIC on 26 November 2018 was sent to you on 17 December 2018. However, the email correspondence was inadvertently sent to an incorrect Right to Know email address (i.e. to the Right to Know email intended for replies for another FOI request received from you by ASIC on 5 December 2018).

ASIC wishes to express its sincere apologies for this oversight. Accordingly, I have attached ASIC's response addressed to you dated 17 December 2018.

Kind regards,
