APRA has confirmed that Deeds related to the NSW Bookmakers' Super Fund {ABN 22 973 371 189} where lodged with APRA as required to obtain fund registration pursuant to Section 29L of the SIS Act.

The document I seek is a copy of the covering letter lodged with APRA for Fund Registration for the NSW Bookmakers' Super Fund.

If there were a number of letters related to the registration of the NSW Bookmakers' Super Fund, then the scope of this FIO request covers any additional letters.

Dear Mr Sweeney

 

I refer to your e-mail dated 25 February 2018 and APRA’s acknowledgement
dated 26 February 2018.

 

As the documents you have requested include business records of NSW
Bookmakers Superannuation Fund, APRA has determined it appropriate to
consult NSW Bookmakers Superannuation Fund, in accordance with section 27
of the FOI Act before making any decision on your request.

 

In light of this consultation, APRA has also determined that the timeframe
for dealing with your request should be extended for 30 days pursuant to
section 15(6) of the FOI Act, to 26 April 2018.
