I seek access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 to document that record or describe the criteria applied by Defence in;

(a) determining that the Procurement and Contracting job family was eligible for a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP); and

(b) any current or recent review, reassessment , or evaluation of whether the BDCP should continue to apply to the Procurement and Contracting job family.

This request includes, but is not limited to:

1. Documents identifying or applying external labour market conditions such as remuneration competitiveness or retention pressures in relation to the Procurement and Contracting job family;

2. Any documents that describe the criteria, benchmarks, metrics, or thresholds being applied in any review of the BDCP eligibility in relation to the Procurement and Contracting job family; and

3. Any briefing material, submission or decisions records that explain how those criteria where applied to the Procurement and Contracting job family
