Is it possible to provide, with redactions if necessary, a copy of the "Defence Cooperation Arrangement between Australia and Papua New Guinea" which came into effect on 10 May 2013?

This "Defence Cooperation Arrangement between Australia and Papua New Guinea" was expressly and publicly mentioned in the recent PAPUA NEW GUINEA - AUSTRALIA MUTUAL DEFENCE TREATY, also known as the ‘PUKPUK TREATY’, signed on 6 October 2025.

So- can a copy of this Defence Cooperation Arrangement be provided?
