Dear NSW Police Force,

This is a request for documents under the freedom of Information
Act.

I request to seek documents regarding claims of Violence and Anti-Social behaviour at Sydney FC and Western Sydney Matches between the years of 2012 and 2016. Information on violence and anti-social behaviour at matches played between Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers (otherwise known as the Sydney Derby) will also be very much appreciated.

Hello Ben,

In order to process your request, it is necessary that a ‘formal
application’ under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 be
submitted.  I have attached a copy of this form to assist you as well as a
credit card authority.

It  appears that your request relates to Non-Personal information.  If you
decide to resubmit a Formal Access Application, you should be aware that
it may incur a processing fee which is charged at $30 per hour.  If this
does occur, an estimate of charges will be forwarded prior to any work
being undertaken.
