Documentation that informs Public Interest test of Prosecution Guidelines

We're waiting for XYM to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions,

I wish to request any internal documentation by the ODPP used to inform the 'public interest' test of the NSW Prosecution Guidelines (referred to in Chapter 1.4 of the Prosecution Guidelines) including but not limited to policies, procedures, briefing notes, thresholds of evidence, training notes, and so forth.

I do not wish to request the official NSW Prosecution Policy, but, any documentation that is possessed by the ODPP to inform or guide the application of the 'public interest' test in any way.

Yours faithfully,

XYM

GIPA, NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions
