Dear foi-officer,

Thank you for your message, I tried calling but it went to voicemail. I can narrow the request by requesting a date range of Jan 1st 2025 to the date this request is finalised.

I-CAN DSOA and psychometric archived data can be omitted for now, but please include all documents with I-CAN; I-CAN 6; NDIA; Supports Needs Assessments (SNA), including correspondence between NDIA and the University of Melbourne in the search.

Yours sincerely,

Shirley Humphris

Dear foi-officer,

Thank you for the phone call for clarification of departments to search for this FOI.

The initial request:

Please provide any papers or documents on I-CAN 6 and I-CAN DSOA including psychometrics.

Please provide any documents on the proposal for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for the Supports Needs Assessments, including correspondence between NDIA and the University of Melbourne

I amended the initial request to exclude psychometrics and I-CAN DSOA (the aged care version) This can still be excluded. I also added a restricted date range.

In view of the link below on the Tender process i would like to now expand the date range offered previously to May 2024 to the date this FOI is finalised. Please also include correspondence between the Department of Health Disability and Aging (DHDA) and Melbourne University with the I-CAN or Support Needs Assessments (SNA) reference.

I acknowledge this may be seen as a new request, although the initial request was for all documents.
