This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I would like information relating to Global Skills and Business Services (ABN 72 398 283 909), and its director Lubo Jack Raskovic. Can you please provide any briefing notes, issues notes or other reports sent to the Minister’s office regarding Global Skills and Business Services and/or its director Lubo Jack Raskovic, in the past 12 months.

I also seek a schedule of any documents captured by this request.

I request that any fees arising in relation to this application be waived on the grounds that the information is in the public interest.

I refer to your correspondence received on 23 November 2017 seeking access
to documents held by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection
(the Department) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).

Timeframe for receiving your decision

in the Senior Executive Service (SES), as well as the mobile and work
telephone numbers of SES staff, contained in documents that fall within
scope of an FOI request. If you require names and contact details of
non-SES officers, or direct telephone numbers of SES staff, please inform
us so the decision maker may consider your request. Otherwise we will take
it that you agree to that information being excluded from the scope of
your request.

Publication of document

Where documents are released to you in response to your request, the
Department may be required to publish these documents on its website
within 10 working days in accordance with section 11C of the FOI Act.

The current due date for your request is 23 December 2017.  Due to the
number of requests currently being processed by our office and the
impending Christmas/New Year holiday period, the Department may require
additional time to finalise your request.  The Department seeks your
agreement (under s.15AA of the FOI Act) to extend the timeframe for the
processing of your request by 30 days.  This would extend the due date for
your request to 22 January 2018.

 

It would assist the Department in managing its FOI caseload if you could
provide a response to this request by close of business, Monday 18
December 2017.
