I seek access to the following documentation pursuant to the Right to Information Act 2009:-

(To clarify, area means the area from the front fence of property owners of 3 Effingham street, Tarragindi - to the public road- including but not limited to the council footpaths and the owner's driveway that crossovers with the council footpaths- also including the grass areas.

Specifically, documents relating to:
• Any maintenance records, inspections, or work orders for this location in the past ten years.
• Any complaints, correspondence, or reports relates hazards, safety issues, or incidents
involving trips or falls at this location
• Any incident reports or documents outlining accidents or injuries at this site.
• I request access to these records in full, including all associated correspondence and notes
