To the NSW DoE,

Hi, veeeeeeeery quick query: the website www.ecowas.int (the website for the Economic Community of West African States) is blocked on DoE internet, the reason cited being that it is a Malicious Website?
I'm just wondering what this is about, so either a misconception is cleared up or I can be more aware about my digital safety.
