Dear Australian Taxation Office,

Could you please provide me the number of ATO owned/leased electronic devices which in the past 5 years have been damaged as a result of either falling or being thrown out of the window of an ATO office.

Could I please have this broken down into the date, type of device (tablet, phone, laptop, e.g), location where the incident occurred, whether it was considered accidental and whether it was investigated as a breach of the APS Code of Conduct.

Please consider this request administratively if possible. If you can't process it that way consider it a formal FOI request.
