This is in regards to my daughter Ella Mae whistance
Born on the 30/03/2022 She come into the Geelong Barwon health hospital today at 5:30 pm on 27th march 2024
If I am able to have a report letter regarding her eyes with bruising/ she had an accident at her childcare korayn birralee family center, the child care is requesting information from the incident from the hospital to make a report, also the child care educator will be written up as she called 4 hours passed a head injury report, and it’s the child cares protocol to call within the hour if you can please write any information about the incident and the report from the dr that would be great thanks
