Please provide a copy of the email received by officer Brigette Dahm, Landscape Architect, Specialist Services, from Mr John Versluis, on 19/07/2022, the followup reply to Mr Versluis, and any other correspondence between the Specialist Services section and Mr Versluis.

The email is regarding the replanting of a section of a garden adjoining an internal roadway, Cleveland Terrace, in Carindale Village, 43 Scrub Road, Carindale.

The relevant application No. is C3130295, with a call to the BCC office on 15/08/2022, reference no. 15813684, from myself to another officer of BCC.
