Carroll Simons made this Right to Information request to Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines,
My request, on behalf of The House of Living Water Inc., is for an email sent by Ms Diane McQuade of the Beenleigh office of DNRM to officers of Scenic Rim Regional Council (Planning Dept. or Property Dept.) in 2016 giving her assessment of an MCU Application (MCBn 14/017) submitted to SRRC by The House of Living Water Inc. in 2015. The land referred to in the MCU application is zoned 'Recreation', is 'owned' by DNRM, and comes under the trusteeship of SRRC. It is located at 48 Living Water Road, Moogerah, Qld. 4309, Lot 234 on CC3204. (Note:This MCU Application was never officially 'accepted' by SRRC and therefore cannot be found on their website.) Please note also that I requested a copy of this email from Ms McQuade, who told me that I could only obtain it through foi.

Yours faithfully,
Carroll Simons (for House of Living Water Inc.)
