- Thursday 31 October 2019;
- Wednesday 11 December 2019; and
- Wednesday 21 February 2018."

Please note, this scope is a sample only. At this early stage, a search and retrieval has not been conducted and the department is unable to advise on whether it may be too voluminous to process or if any documents will be returned.

Dear Department of Industry, Innovation and Science,

I am inquiring about documents relating to an FOI disclosure by your department (Disclosure Log Number: 20/029).

I am only referring to pages titled "order of proceedings and proposed timings". These are 3 pages like this, 1 page for every meeting in the disclosure.

Can you please release this page for every EPC meeting in the last 3 years?

There should only be 1 page for every meeting, hopefully requiring less than 5 hours of effort.

We refer to the attached Freedom of Information request received by the
Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (the department) on
27 August 2020.

For documents that fall within the scope of the request, it is the
department’s policy to withhold:

·       the names, signatures and contact details of departmental staff
who are not in the Senior Executive Service (SES);

·       the mobile phone numbers of SES officers; and

·       the names, signatures and contact details of ministerial staff
below the level of Chief of Staff.
