Dear Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development,

I would draw your attention to Senate Estimates hearing before the Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Committee on Tuesday, 9/06/2020. There, Department officials mentioned an EY Report that was commissioned to review Virgin Australia's financial position and used to inform government advice on a prospective bailout for the airline.

Under the purposes of the FOI Act, I request any internal reports, and/or internal reports and briefs created by EY on the financials of Virgin for the Department, and the report produced by the department on the bailout for the airline.

Yours faithfully,

Lucas Baird
