Dear NSW Office of State Revenue,

I would like information on the amount of fines issued to young drivers (<25 years old) by year over the last ten years. I am doing a study of the effectiveness of driving-related fines versus the impact to the community of young people building a debt-obligation with the sdro.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Thorburn
