According to the Department's Disclosure Log, on 3 July 2023, the Department granted access to documents provided to the department’s Secretary or provided to attendees in relation to the update to the Secretaries Board on 12 April 2023 regarding the Royal Commission into the Robodebt Scheme. The AGD reference is FOI23/245. A full disclosure was made of one document and a partial disclosure was made of a second document.
