I refer to your email titled “Freedom of Information Request – FOI
Delegations 2016”, sent 2 November 2016, in which you request “…a copy of
the current FOI delegations and any related directions issued in respect
of FOI”. Furthermore, you specifically requested the release of this
information under the IPS or under Administrative Access.
In response to your request the museum’s FOI officer (delegate) is Peter
Rout. This information is available in the ANMM Annual Report 2015-16
(page 75, section Freedom of Information). The annual report is made
