The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (Corporation) is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) in regards to all FOI requests (together with our own Act, Australian Grand Prix Act 1994 (Vic)).

In regards to your request for "authorisations that allow people other than the principal officer to perform functions under the FOI ACT" I can state that the Corporate delegates functions under the FOI Act through position descriptions and delegations of authority.

In regards to your request for " guidance used internally around the processing of FOI requests" I can state that the Corporation use the following documents as guidance:
• FOI Professional Standards
• FOI Access Process (flowchart & checklist)
• Writing FOI Access Decisions
• Fees & Charges Guide
All these documents are produced by the Victorian Freedom of Information Commissioner and are available from their website (http://foicommissioner.vic.gov.au/)
