Because it's not particularly clear what open vs closed request means in the document provided, I have copied this request description from the NDIS Disclosure Log page:
The number of:
- internal review requests (under section 100 of the NDIS Act)
- plan reassessment requests (under section 48 of the NDIS Act); and
- plan variation requests (under section 47A of the NDIS Act) received by the NDIA, broken down by:
1. Financial year, from 2019–20 to the most recent complete financial year available;
2. If readily available, a breakdown by quarter within each financial year;
3. The number of internal reviews finalised, and the number outstanding at the end of each reporting period.
