Dear NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service,

I would like to make a FOI request regarding NSW Officer Grant Eccles in relation to:-
- Using
- Researching
- Testing silencers on behalf of the Service
- Documents that relate to his meeting competency requirements in Appendix A of Part 1 of Australian/New Zealand AS/NZS 12693.

Additionally his formation qualifications and experience in relation to noise measurement and the use of Noise Meter – Casella CEL-63X

I also note that the Safeworks Australia website states on document:-
National Code of Practice for Noise Management and Protection of Hearing at Work [NOHSC: 2009(2004)]

Section 7.6 People employed to carry out a noise assessment should meet the competency requirements in Appendix A of Part 1 of Australian/New Zealand AS/NZS 12693.
