Dear Federal Court of Australia,

This is a FOI request.

Can you please provide a list of current EL1 and EL2 positions within the Federal Court of Australia Entity which includes the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1), the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) and the National Native Title Tribunal.

Could you please also confirm the names of the position holders, whether such positions are ongoing or non-ongoing and whether the occupant is on an Individual Flexibility Agreement under the Fair Work Act.

I would be satisfied with a partial release of information.
