Grades for undergraduate courses

We're waiting for Samuel to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear University of Queensland,

I am writing to request information under the Queensland Right to Information Act 2009.
Specifically, I am seeking the following information:

1. The average grades for all undergraduate courses (100, 200, and 300 level courses) offered by the University of the Sunshine Coast in the 2024 academic year, covering all teaching periods.

2. If available, the standard deviation of grades for each of these courses.
I understand this request may cover a large number of courses.

If you need any clarification or have any questions regarding this request, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am available to discuss the request and clarify any points as needed.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Samuel

Dear University of Queensland,

No individual student information or personally identifiable details are sought.

Dear Samuel
Our sincere apologies, your request has been filtered into our junk email
inbox as it has been received via the right to know portal which is not an
official RTI application portal or process offered by the University.
As explained on our website, we require applicants to lodge their RTI
requests in writing either in person or directly via email to
[UQ request email].

As I have retrieved your request from the junk inbox, I am happy to
process it in this format without requiring you to fill in the application
form. However, the request is currently non-compliant as you have not paid
the RTI application fee of $55.75. As the request was non-compliant when
it was received, the University has not breached the 25 business day
timeframe to finalise a response to the request under the legislation.
I understand you are seeking access to the following:
Average grades and standard deviations for all undergraduate courses (100,
200, and 300 level) offered by the University of Queensland during the
2024 academic year.
Excluding individual student information or personally identifiable
details

If you would like to proceed with this request, you can pay the
application fee via our[3] application fee payment page.
Please let me know if you have any questions or issues paying the
application fee. Please note, if I do not receive a response to this
request by 9 June 2025, we will refuse to deal with your request on the
basis of non-compliance.
Kind regards

Rebecca Murray
