Dear Queensland Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services,

Reference GHAD team

We respectfully request the following numbers regarding assistance dogs:

Total number of dogs that have been accredited under the GHAD Act since inception.

Total number of fully accredited public access test passed dogs at date of request.

Total number of dogs in training at date of request.

Total number of puppy carers at date of request

Total number of accredited organisations at date of request.

Number of applications in process for organisation accreditation at date of request

Number of organisations that have applied for access but withdrawn in past five years broken down by year

Number of organisations that have applied but been unsuccessful in past five years broken down by year

Total number of employee trainers at date of request.

Total number of public access tests administered in the past five calendar years or part years by year and the total that passed and the total that failed also broken down by year.

We respectfully request the following:

Total number of access complaints lodged w GHAD by GHAD accredited teams by calendar year for the past five years

Total number of access matters GHAD pursued where penalty points were applied for breaches of the Act - by year for the past five years
