Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Federal Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Federal Police's handling of my FOI request 'How the AFP can prove a fraud'.

Based on the information provided to me about "the names of AFP members, other than the Senior Executive, and direct contact numbers" would be irrelevant to the scope of the request, I expected that the name of Julie Drummond and any contact phone number would be redacted.

I recall from another document that Julie Drummond sent me a letter dated 22 August 2016.

However, I moved house 2 years ago and some of my records were lost in the process.

I have no objection to the name of Julie Drummond and any personal details being redacted.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney

Dear Mr Sweeney

Thank you for your email.

If you had no objection to the redaction of a name, on what basis do you seek a review as document you sought was otherwise released to you in full.
