OK - from 2022 this is a weird request.
from my perspective - this is a completely public request and I think can be put in one of two camps:
A) the original requestor - cd - went to the page:
https://operational.servicesaustralia.go... and found it was blocked at the time, and requested it. Centrelink responded by opening it up, then replying "this is public information, its here, this request will be closed" - a bit of gaslighting... or
B) simple human error, the original requestor didn't click through to https://operational.servicesaustralia.go... and only saw the page before it and centrelink pointed that out.
only the original requestor cd knows which one this was as it's not detailed here.
