I refer to your Right to Information request to the Department of Transport and Main Roads (department), seeking access to:

1) Crash history of Torrens Creek and surrounds for the last five years; and

Right to Information

Section 24(2) of the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act) outlines the requirements for making a valid access application for documents/information.

I have formed the view that your application is not valid because you have not paid the statutory application fee of $55.75.

Under section 33(3) of the RTI Act, I must not refuse to deal with your application without providing you a reasonable opportunity to consult with a view to making your application in a way which complies with section 24 of the RTI Act.

Accordingly, I request you pay the statutory application fee of $55.75 in order for your application to continue.

Payment of this outstanding application fee can be made via one of three methods below.
