which you requested access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth)
(FOI Act) to “pages 22, 29, 68 & 101 of the incoming government brief”.

department) under section 16(1)(b) of the FOI Act, on the basis that the
subject-matter of the documents is more closely connected with the
functions of that agency.
