Dear Mr Priest

Please find attached correspondence in response to your Freedom of
Information request to the former Department of Industry, Innovation,
Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education dated 10
September 2013.

You will note that the decision-maker states that you may wish to consider
lodging a fresh FOI request.  You should be aware that in accordance with
advice from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, it is
this department’s ordinary practice to issue a notice of practical refusal
in circumstances where requests involve over 40 hours of processing time. 
You may wish to take this into account when considering the scope of any
fresh request that you may wish to make.
