Dear Department of Health,
I hereby request the following information for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
Information requested:
1. Of the reported Influenza and Influenza-related deaths in Australia in 2018, how many had received an Influenza vaccine within 12 months of their death?
2. Of those that received an Influenza vaccine within 12 months of their death, which strains were they infected with? Please identify total numbers per strain.
3. Of the reported Influenza cases in Australia in 2018, how many had received an Influenza vaccine within 12 months of being infected with Influenza?
4. Of those that received an Influenza vaccine within 12 months of being infected with Influenza, which strains were they infected with? Please identify total numbers per strain.
5. Of the reported Influenza or Influenza-related deaths in Australia in 2018, how many had not received a vaccination within 12 months of their death?
6. Of those that did not receive a vaccination within 12 months of their death, which strains were they infected with? Please identify total numbers per strain.
7. Of the reported Influenza cases in Australia in 2018, how many had not received a vaccination within 12 months of being infected with Influenza?
8. Of those that did not receive a vaccination within 12 months of being infected with influenza, which strains were they infected with? Please identify total numbers per strain.
