Lease on council owned land at Perry Park

Dear Brisbane City Council,

I am writing to inquire about the lease of Brisbane City Council owned property at 95 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills. This site is currently leased to the YMCA and Brisbane Strikers Football Club.

I would like to know the details of the lease, including the length that the lease runs for.
