Attn Department of Veterans' Affairs,

Pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

Under section 54 of the FOI Act, I am writing for an internal review of Department of Veterans' Affairs's FOI access refusal decision LEX 49383 of 24 May 2022.

I also did not limit the scope of my FOI to 'signed search minutes' as stated in this decision. My FOI stated 'I desire copy of the search minutes (excluding documents listed in the schedule, if attached), LEX and TRIM entries for LEX 47367 and LEX 47465 and LEX 47867 and FOI 47338.'

That substituting of 'search minutes' for 'signed search minutes' artificially and unlawfully reduced my scope for the purposes of declaring the 'signed search minutes could not be found'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/l...
