Thank you for your request for information dated 28 March 2020.

 

At this stage, your application is yet to be considered a valid Freedom of
Information (FOI) access application. Pursuant to section 12(1) of the
Freedom of Information Act 1992 (WA) (the Act), a valid access application
needs to:

o Be in writing;
o Give enough information to identity the documents;
o Give an Australian address for correspondence;
o Give any other information required under the regulations; and
o Be lodged at an office of the agency with an application fee of $30.
