We refer to our email of 30 April and note you have not responded. Please confirm you are receiving emails at this address?

Your email of 18 April 2025 is currently not a request that complies with the Commonwealth FOI Act meaning the ABC is not able to process it as a valid freedom of information request.

If the ABC does not hear from you by 9 May 2025, this request will be closed as invalid. You may submit a valid request at any time by including as much information as reasonably necessary for effective searches to be made.

Please also note that s 7(2) of the Commonwealth FOI Act provides that the ABC's program material is not subject to an access request under FOI as these documents, which include newsgathering and program making, fall outside of the legislation as a class of documents. Program material is exempt from the operation of the FOI Act.
