Please find a copy of these minutes attached. On page four it says it was resolved that "The draft Imagine Lismore Delivery Program 2017-2021 and Operational Plan 2017/18 be adopted in principle and placed on public exhibition for 28 days from 10 May 2017 to 7 June 2017."
